A Partner at Chibesakunda & Company, a member firm of DLA Piper Africa in Zambia, where he leads the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. He has over a decade of experience in litigation and arbitration, representing clients across the finance, mining, energy, and agriculture sectors before the superior courts of Zambia and in both domestic and international arbitral proceedings. A member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Mr. Ngisi holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Zambia and a Master of Laws in International Arbitration from Cornell University. In addition to his legal practice, he has contributed to academia as a lecturer and has served in various professional leadership roles, including as Chairperson of the ICTAZ Elections Committee.
