A Senior Legal Officer at the National Legal Aid Clinic for Women (NLACW), where she oversees the planning and implementation of projects under the Ndola Regional Office. She is an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia and holds an LLB from the University of Zambia and an LLM in International Human Rights Law and Public Policy from University College Cork under the Ireland Fellows Scholarship Programme. 

Before joining NLACW, Mary worked as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for an oil marketing company, where she also managed the Human Resource Department. She has undertaken leadership training under the Ireland Fellows Programme, YALI, and the Women in Leadership Programme by NDI and ZNWL. 

Mary currently serves as a Council Member of the Law Association of Zambia (2024–2028) and has previously held student leadership positions at the University of Zambia.
