An Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia with expertise in litigation, corporate advisory, compliance, taxation, investment law, and legislative drafting. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree, a Master of Laws in Taxation and Investment Laws, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting, and is also a Notary Public and accredited Insolvency Practitioner. Mr. Sinkamba has extensive experience handling civil, commercial, labour, insurance, taxation, and competition matters, as well as developing compliance frameworks in the insurance, ICT, telecommunications, and investment sectors. He has contributed to the development of Zambia’s Data Protection Regulations and holds certifications in risk management, cybersecurity, information security, and privacy protection. He also serves as a research supervisor and examiner at the University of Lusaka in areas including taxation, commercial law, ICT, data protection, and cyber law.
