An accomplished Legal Practitioner with over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law, litigation, arbitration, contract management, compliance, and corporate governance. He holds an LL.B and LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting and a Certification in Advanced Prosecutions, both from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE). Further, he is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) (UK). 

Now serving his second tenure as a Council Member of the Law Association of Zambia, Mr Sholomo is responsible for the Member Welfare and Support Services Committee, a role he embraces with genuine dedication, a strong sense of purpose and firmly committed to ensuring that every member of the Association feels supported, valued, and heard.
