Is A legal practitioner, qualified psychologist, and strategic leader with extensive experience in commercial transactions, immigration law, and civil and criminal litigation. A proud alumnus of the University of Zambia, he holds degrees in Psychology and Law, as well as a Master of Laws, a Master of Business Leadership with Law, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss School of Management. He is a passionate advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution and has served as a High Court Annexed Mediator for over a decade, utilizing his multidisciplinary expertise to facilitate effective dispute resolution. Dr. Kalifungwa is also a recognized expert in strategic management and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in both Zambia and the United Kingdom, with a strong focus on arbitration, corporate governance, risk management, and cross-border commercial strategy.
