Mr. Kevin Mweemba is currently the Chief Legal Officer at ZESCO Limited responsible for litigation and serves as Council Member accountable for the Law Reform and Research Committee on the Law Association of Zambia Council.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative drafting from ZIALE and is an Advocate of all the Superior Courts in Zambia. Kevin has more than 10 years post admission experience in public and private practice and is specialized in energy law, litigation, legal drafting and conveyancing. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-Zambia Branch, Notary Public and a part-time Tutor.

Kevin has a special interest in the provision of bro bono services to the indigent, as well as law reform generally.
