Tifwepo Nkunika Musukwa

LLB, PGDip Legislative Drafting, MSc Candidate (International Trade Policy and Trade Law) 

An advocate of the High Court for Zambia with experience in public sector litigation, corporate and commercial law, trade and investment law, and policy advisory. She currently serves as Assistant Director – Legal and Board Secretarial Services at the Zambia Development Agency, where she specializes in trade and investment law and policy, legislative reform, corporate governance, and international agreements. Admitted to the Bar in 2017, she holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Zambia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Trade Policy and Trade Law at TRAPCA. Mrs. Nkunika–Musukwa has contributed to several national trade and investment policy and legal reform initiatives and serves on various national committees, including those responsible for matters relating to the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Protocols. She has also served on a number of boards, including the Occupational Health and Safety Institute Board.
