Francis William Daka

CIL, DIL, LLB, LLM (Human Rights Law), LLM (Legal Studies), ASCZ, Commissioner for Oaths 

An Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia with extensive experience in litigation, human rights, disability rights, child advocacy, corporate advisory, and criminal law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Master of Laws in Human Rights, and a Master of Laws in Legal Studies. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Daka is a seasoned academic with over 13 years of teaching experience at several leading institutions, including the University of Zambia and Eden University, where he lectures and mentors aspiring legal practitioners. He is actively involved in professional development and mentorship, having previously served as Co-Convenor of the LAZ Junior Lawyers Committee and championed advocacy training through initiatives such as the LAZ Annual Moot Court and the Jessup Moot Court Competition. His work is driven by a commitment to advancing access to justice, accountability, and social change through the law.
