A Managing Partner at Sil & Kay Advocates and a seasoned legal practitioner with over a decade of experience. She serves as Vice President (Southern Africa) of the Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU), Honorary Treasurer of the Law Association of Zambia, and Honorary Treasurer of the Savannah Law Network. Ms. Silumbu-Kankondo holds a Bachelor of Laws with Merit from the University of Zambia, an Executive Master’s degree from King’s College London, and a Certificate in International Legal Practice jointly awarded by King’s College London, IE University (Spain), and FGV São Paulo Law School (Brazil). She was called to the Zambian Bar in 2013 as the top graduating student and became the inaugural recipient of the Steven Malama Award.
