Arnold Kaluba

Arnold Kaluba is the President of the Law Association of Zambia and Managing Partner of Arnold Kaluba & Associates Legal Practitioners. A distinguished legal practitioner and leader, he is recognized for his commitment to advancing the rule of law, promoting professional excellence, and strengthening the legal profession in Zambia. A Rhodes Scholar and Chevening Scholar, he holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Merit from the University of Zambia, two Master of Science (M.Sc.) degrees from the University of Oxford, and a specialist Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. 

With over a decade of legal practice, Arnold has developed distinguished expertise in corporate and commercial law, legislative drafting, arbitration, governance, and legal research. He is an Accredited Insolvency Practitioner, a Notary Public, and is currently being admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). 

Beyond legal practice, he lectures in law at the University of Zambia and has previously lectured at the University of Lusaka, as well as at Oxford-affiliated academic institutions in the United Kingdom, including the Oxford Royale Academy.  

In addition to his continuing contribution to the advancement of good corporate governance practices, Arnold is deeply committed to mentorship, legal education, and the ethical and professional development of the Zambian Bar.
