Mrs.Sekanayo Chihana- Mbulo is an advocate of the high court of Zambia who holds the position of Research Advocate and conducts timely and accurate legal research on behalf of the council and its committees. She also assists the council with queries relating to Parliamentary Bill’s and statutes.

Mrs. Mbulo is an experienced Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. She is skilled in Negotiation, Analytical Skills, Risk Management, and Public Speaking with a certificate and diploma in law from Nipa, an LLB, and a master’s in criminal justice from Zambia Open University.
